They Have Unrealistic Daily Targets Which They Keep Increasing Every Few Months And Extremely Pressurise Employees To Achieve Them. If You're Unwell During Weekdays, They'll Force You To Work On Saturday Or Sundays. The Manager At Mumbai Office Is A Dumb Idiot And Have No Work Sense, Only Working There Because He Is Related To The Owner Otherwise He Is Not Even Worthy Of Working As A Office Boy. HR Is So Rude And Arrogant, Thinks She Owns The Company. Leadership Is A Bunch Of Sycophants, They Treat Employees Like Slaves. Very Depressing Work Environment.
Like: As A Fresher, It’s A Good Company To Start If You Don’t Have Any Choice Of Job And Have The Strength To Tolerate The Hard Words From Seniors Mainly It’s A Ladies-oriented Company Most Of The Employees Here Are Ladies. Timing: Work Time Is 10 Am-7 Pm, Hybrid Work System, In Case If You Are Late By 10 Mins Continuously 2 Days, Half Day Salary Gets Deducted Probation Period: 6 Months Leave: In The Probation Period You Didn’t Get A Single Leave For Any Personal Reason But If You Have Any Medical Issue For Yourself Or Any Of Your Family Members You Have To Submit A Medical Certificate Of That Person. After Confirmation, You Will Get 20 Days (CL/SL/PL/EL), Which Management Won’t Allow You To Take, Also The Routing Of The Leave Application Is Pathetic. Work Culture:Work Culture Is Not Good As Such, If You Have Any Lateral Knowledge Then Utilize It And Go With The Flow, For The Freshers, It’s A Kind Of Data Entry Job, And We Can’t Expects Senior They Will Trained You In A Better Way. Seniors Didn’t Have In-depth Knowledge Of What They Are Doing They Just Work To Impress Their Seniors And Get Praised. There Is No Proper Management And Routing Of Projects By Seniors To Juniors, Kind Of Bossism They Have, They Don’t Have The Manners To Talk With Employees, And No Proper Infrastructure, Employees Use Their Own Laptops For Work, No Power Backup, In Case Of Power Failure Supervisor Tend The Employee To Use Mobile Phone Network To Get The Work Done In Time. They Didn’t Focus On The Quality Of The Work Just They Are Looking For Grammatical Errors And Started Harassing The Juniors Till They Calm Down. Even Though The Business Manager Doesn’t Have A Good Command Of English Instead Of Doing Business For Grabbing New Pharma Projects From Clients She Is Checking Grammatical Errors In The Mail Which Her Subsequent Staff Shares. She Is Literally A Moody Kind Of Person And Doesn’t Have Hold Of Her Anger, Shouts Loudly In Front Of Everyone In The Office. We Can’t Expect Here The MNC Type Of Environment Where People Have Manners And A Decent Attitude To Talk With Other People. The Way Of Giving Feedback To An Employee Is Destructive, Not Constructive, Feedback Should Always Be In A Constructive Manner So We Can Get Better Product Efficacy With Quality If You Are On Notice Period Then You Will Be Mentally Harassed. Here Usually New Joiners, Even I Would Say 50% Left The Company Within 3-4 Months Of Joining Due To Work Culture.
