Like: I Have Already Credit Card Of HDFC, It's Gonna Expire And Bank Delivered The Credit Card Before Expiring 3 Month Before. Anyways So Now I Am Not On That Address And Had Gone Back Already 3 Times, Approved The Bank And Bank Says Not Possible To Hand Over Credit Card To You, As We Need The Proof As Per Any Gov Id, I Have Changed On My Bank Passbook, Bit Not Ready To Accept, Even Though Its A Renewal Credit Cards. This Is So Worst, That HDFC Or Any Bank Doesn't Trust On Other Banks Even Though When I Told I Have Account In My Other Locat Co Operative Bank Verified Stamped With The Photo, Still Not Ready To Handover Credit Card Back To Me. This Is The Worst Experience. Being HDFC They Must Remove A Solution On This.did Not Expect This Kind Of Servcie From Them At All.
Like: Disappointing Experience With HDFC. Unresolved Locker Issue. I've Been A Loyal Customer Of HDFC Bank For Over 15 Years, And It's Disheartening To Share My Recent Experience. Despite Holding A Preferred Account, I Faced Considerable Challenges In Obtaining A Locker At The Tilak Nagar Branch. It's Been Almost Three Months, And There's No Clarity Or Update On The Status. Akash Nathani's Refusal To Provide A Locker And The Lack Of Communication Have Left Me Frustrated. This Reflects Poorly On The Branch's Customer Service. As A Long-time Customer, I Expected Better Relationship Management. HDFC Bank Needs To Address These Issues Promptly To Retain Customer Trust. Improvement In Service Is Crucial, Or Customers May Consider Switching To Other Banks.
Like: The Worst Branch, If Not Bank. I Went For KYC To Their Branch On The 3/4th Of August. My Salary Was Credited Into My Account On The 1st. Today It Being The 19th Of August I Am Still Unable To Use My Money. The Branch Is Least Bothered And Highly Unprofessional. My Mother Even Went To The Bank To See What The Problem Was, She Was Told I Will Be Able To Use My Money After 2 Days. It's 4 Days Since. I Cannot Add My Account To Google Pay Or Even Debit From Atm Since They Are Not Even Approved The Bloody Kyc Process Which Can Be Done Later As Well. Please Think Of Having Account In Banks Like IOB OR Canara Rather Than These!!!!!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!! Please Note These Points Too 1) Phone Is Always Busy 2) Customer Service Is Pathetic 3) And Now They Will Write Some Useless Message Under My Review And Ask Me To Write A Mail To Some Email Address But They Won't Do Their Work On Time. Pathetic. I Have Accounts In Several Banks - Never Have I Experienced Something So Unprofessional And Dumb Like This.
